EMERALD CITY REGION ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF AMERICA - GREENWOOD, SC

Eric Williams is the President.  He is the proud owner of a 1956 Plymouth.  Eric is working with other club members to promote the Emerald City Region AACA. Eric first became interested in the club in 1997 when he happened by the Emerald City Car Show at the Greenwood Mall.  He always liked old cars but this was the first time that he had considered owning one. At the show the old car owners seemed like "regular" folks who genuinely appreciated antique cars.  Eric asked about the club, membership and meeting times and decided to join.   The first car he restored was a 1956 Plymouth later that same year.  Since the first one, he has owned two more 56 Plymouths.  Eric enjoys being a member of the Emerald City Region AACA. He likes the club's emphasis on restoring old cars in their original condition.  To Eric they are parts of America's automotive history that are worth preserving.
