THE 38th ANNUAL Emerald City Region AACA ANTIQUE & CLASSIC AUTO SHOW To Benefit The Shriner's Childrens Hospital in Greenville, SC Our show was a huge success this year and we would like to thank all of our sponsors, contributors, and of course the show participants. Our show was held to benefit the Shriner's Childrens Hospital in Greenville, SC and we raised a hefty $1500.00 for the children. This year we had 97 show cars with people from all over South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. The show field was packed with cars including Barney Fife's Mayberry Police Squad Car. We had cars ranging from the start of the automotive era to the latest in style, from Model A's to 2009 Chargers, Mustangs and Lincoln Trucks. There were 50's family cars, 60's muscle cars, 70's sports cars, hot rods, rat rods, trucks galore, truly something for everyone to enjoy. Music was provided and food was plentiful at TW Boon's and Howard's on Main. Ice cream was provided by Brusters and was a very welcome addition to the day. The weather could not have been better with sunshine, blue skies and pleasant temperatures. All in all it was just one of the best car shows in a long time. Please watch our website for information regarding our 39th Annual Car Show in beautiful Uptown Greenwood to be held next spring. We hope to make next year's show even bigger and better and are shooting for 150 cars in attendance. See you there!!
